Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all digital stationery, printables, and membership purchases made through NylaLand Digital, our Patreon Shop, and our Etsy shop. All services and digital assets are provided by iQuality Tech INC. (dba NylaLand), Canada.

2. Digital Nature of Our Products

Because our products consist of digital downloads and instant-access files delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Digital files cannot be physically returned once downloaded or accessed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local laws.

3. Technical Issues & Replacements

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience a verified technical issue with your download—such as a corrupted file, broken link, or a failure to access your digital files—please contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@nylaland.com with your order reference or proof of purchase.

We will investigate and provide a functional replacement file or direct access link at no extra cost.

4. Platform Transactions & Support

Website & Polar Orders: For digital store purchases, Polar acts as the Merchant of Record, handling payments and global tax collection. Refund or technical assistance requests for store purchases must be directed to us at hello@nylaland.com.

Etsy Orders: Purchases made through our Etsy shop are subject to Etsy's platform guidelines and buyer protection policies. Please message us directly through the Etsy platform for order support.

Patreon Memberships: Patreon shop purchases and membership tier access are managed via your Patreon account. Billing or membership-related inquiries should be addressed through Patreon or by contacting us directly.
