1. Overview

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and iQuality Tech INC. (dba NylaLand), Canada. They apply to NylaLand Digital, including all stationery collections, our Patreon Shop, and purchases made through platforms like Etsy and Polar. By accessing or using our digital downloads, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital License & Commercial Use

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in specific product listings, item descriptions, or membership tier details, all digital products, downloads, and files are for personal use only.

A small commercial license is granted solely when explicitly stated—such as for vault access or specific individual digital sets purchased through Etsy. Active Patreon membership tiers also govern digital usage rights as outlined in your specific subscription level.

Sharing, redistributing, or reselling raw digital files in their original form is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All background designs, templates, layouts, stationery files, graphics, and brand elements provided within NylaLand Digital are the property of iQuality Tech INC. or their respective licensors. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, or imitate any part of our catalog or brand outside of authorized permissions.

4. Payments & Billing

Digital store purchases and memberships are managed externally via platforms including Patreon, Etsy, and Polar. Polar acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable store transactions, handling global tax collection and remittance. Transactions are governed by the respective platform's terms and privacy policies.

5. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us at hello@nylaland.com within 7 days of purchase and we will assist you.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

NylaLand Digital is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for technical download downtime, printing errors, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
